"I would like to tell you how happy I was to see my
Black 1998 JETTA back in its original condition. The 'match' was perfect
just as you had promised. It was so amazing to see the car restored to
it's showroom "new
condition" inside and out. I cannot thank you all enough. I will be telling
everyone I know what a super job, in a timely manner and with such professional
detail that your shop has performed on my car. Thank you again!"

"This letter is directed at all those who help make Elmo's Auto Collision
Repair the number one shop in the Capital District Area to include Elmo,
Eric, Dan, Lee, Mike, Wolf, Brian and Pete. There is of course Mort or
Mark or whatever his name is who keeps things flowing, from the front
office
Being a retired auto body repair person and instructor I had the opportunity
to make a pest of myself and watch as different repairs were made not
on only my own car but many others that were in the shop at the same
time. The vintage of the unit being repaired did not matter for each
phase of each operation involved in the overall repair was given the
same TLC. The term "Close enough" or "Good enough" is unheard of in this
shop. How can every unit that goes out be letter perfect and have the
customer raving about the beautiful job that was done? The secret is
something that very few shops, if any, have. "Quality Control".
For this reason I would like now to take the opportunity to thank each
member of Therasa and Elmo's team for a job far superior then any I might
have expected. If any Insurance company had the right to endorse any
shop, this would be the one.
I would also like to thank AMICA for their prompt and courteous service
in the handling of my claim. With an Insurance company and a shop like
these two, how can you go wrong?"
Respectfully,
Herbert T. Mayo
